Confession
Tuesday, August 3, 2010 at 09:58AM So yesterday I got a package in the mail. It was my oxygen and propane regulators. Basically, equipment for my soldering station that looks kinda like this:

I was SO ECSTATIC when I opened this package, I hunched over the shiny beauties, gripping them like a child and squealed for about ten minutes - almost to the point of dry heaving. After... I checked to make sure no one saw... so SHHH...
Start off where you left behind...
Tuesday, July 27, 2010 at 08:23PM Well... I am semi-settled in to my new surroundings and slowly putting the studio back together... although I've yet to tackle the daunting task of setting up my own soldering equipment. But, as of next week I should have the studio fully functional. In preparation for that I started a new project. A friend of mine left me with a few spectacular stones and no instructions besides - run free. Today I pulled out a piece of rutilated quartz, a beautiful emerald cut piece of stone that looks like air and golden straw.
After staring long and hard I realized that I am out of practice. My studio is clean... and not very conducive to getting ideas. So, moving forward I think tonight will be about making a mess, getting some inspiration and really just getting back into doing what I love... after over a month it’s a bittersweet reunion.
